- Listing is not endorsement.
- Availability is recorded only from a reachable source. Where none established a state, the record says unknown.
- A network failure produces unreachable, never deprecated or closed.
How a status is decided
Section titled “How a status is decided”| State | What it means |
|---|---|
verified-active |
A reachable source established that it is operating |
degraded |
Reachable, and a reachable source established that it is not fully operating |
unreachable |
Could not be reached at the last check. This is not evidence of closure |
deprecated |
A reachable source from the operator established that it is being retired |
closed |
A reachable source from the operator established that it has shut down |
unknown |
No reachable source established any state |
Three rules follow, and they are the reason this registry is shorter than an aggregated directory:
- A network failure is not closure. It produces
unreachable, and nothing stronger. - Conflicting evidence produces
unverified, never a guess. - An old directory entry is not evidence. A record is not listed as active because someone else listed it.
The registry
Section titled “The registry”Listing is not endorsement. Records exist so a reader can find something and judge it, not because we vouch for it. Reachability and capability are verified separately: a reachable homepage is not evidence that a specific workflow works. A network failure is recorded as unreachable, never as closed or deprecated.
| Product | Status | Workflows | Surface | Evidence | Details |

What is deliberately absent
Section titled “What is deliberately absent”Third-party marketplaces and explorers are not individually listed. No reachable source was checked for any of them during this review, and listing one from an older directory would assert a state we did not establish.
That is a gap, and saying so is better than filling it with guesses. To add a record, open an issue with the evidence.
Adding or correcting a record
Section titled “Adding or correcting a record”See ecosystem records. A record needs a category, an operator, a custody model, a reachable source for its status, and the date it was checked. Records without evidence are not merged.
Before you use anything listed here
Section titled “Before you use anything listed here”- A listing on any marketplace is not evidence of ownership. Ownership is verified at settlement, against the chain.
- A wallet that cannot show you outpoints is not safe for Atomicals. See choose a wallet.
- An indexer answer is version scoped. Ask which revision produced it. See indexer dependency.
- Nothing on this page changes the rules in safety fundamentals.
